Isabella Vieira Places 4th in International Dance Contest
Isabella Vieira, a 5th grade student at Melrose, recently spent a week in Riesa, Germany, with the Seven Stars School of Performing Arts at a tap dance competition. Isabella’s synchronized dance partner was Rachel Benny and they performed to “Dance, Dance, Dance” from the Princess Diaries 2. The competition included 23 pairs of dancers from around the world. Elimination went from twenty-three pairs to twelve to six. Isabella and Rachel made it all the way to the finals and finished in 4th place. Congratulations to both girls!
