While clubs may vary from year to year, the following are usually offered. French Club, Science Club, Homework Club, Select Choir, Drama, Chess Club, Technology Club, Student Council, Brownies and Cub Scouts.

The Melrose Yearbook is student designed and produced under the supervision of a faculty moderator.
